Welcome to Rolling Hills Country Club

Birthplace of the LPGA

In the 1920s, Rolling Hills Country Club began its storied legacy as the Westlink Golf Course. By 1948, the rolling terrain and beautifully winding streams that had become synonymous with challenging golf in Wichita had a new name: Rolling Hills Country Club. Eighty-four founding families recognized the site's potential, and purchased the course, along with its considerable amenities and the club was officially renamed Rolling Hills Country Club.

Soon after, Rolling Hills' own rich history became a foundation for women’s golf. Many top female players of the day competed in the 1950 Women’s U.S. Open hosted by RHCC. The LPGA was founded by 13 legendary players during this tournament, in the very clubhouse members use today. We are proud of our history, and proud to continue supporting ladies golf programs. But history is only one side of our story. Progress is the other.

Rolling Hills' famed course underwent a major redesign by Floyd Farley in 1963, resulting in the rerouting of all original holes. The mid-90's saw a number of improvements and innovations at RHCC, including the installation of a new irrigation system in 1995 and Zoysia grass fairways in 1996. The club has enjoyed an ongoing beautification program throughout the decades, with new flowerbeds continually added around the course to enhance members' enjoyment. We also saw a major renovation of the Clubhouse, pool and patio in 2017.
We are constantly at work improving all facets of our club. We realize that our members deserve all that we can give them at a great value with a touch of personal attention.

Rolling Hills Country Club offers members a resort lifestyle, right here in Wichita. We invite you to come for a tour!
